I have this same injury. I crashed on my bike about a year ago and separated the joint. I don't have any aas experience with it though, but I am planning an upcoming cycle and am curious how it will go. I doubt any issues though; I don't have any pain. It's pretty much back to normal. It just looks weird and yes, it's fucking annoying.

I'm curious if anyone else has any experience with this though.

    I have the same shit

Separated mine last July and it still feels like shit

I was supposed to be running NPP this cycle but it was fake, so still am not sure if nandrolone will make it feel any better.

I've separated both shoulders at the same time before. You need to see an ortho. I don't have any tears but the ligaments are stretched. If you have a tear you need to just get the surgery over with. Continue lifting and your either going to cause more damage or your shoulder will give out and the bar will end up on your throat.

All the people I spoke with said the surgery wouldn't be the greatest option too. I could probably get it, but it wouldn't make that big of a difference. Like I said, I don't get that sore, but I do have to focus on form intently. I'm psycho these days about squeezing my shoulder blades together whenever I do any exercise. It sucks, but what can you do. I'm thinking some more bulk will help with the aesthetics too, but we'll see.
