Who else has had success with "HeavyIron's" PCT Protocol?
This is his suggested PCT.
Day 1-16 : 2500iu HCG every other day. (You may use less HCG if your testes are normal in size AND you have been using HCG on cycle, i.e. 1,000iu HCG eod.)
100/100/100/50 Clomid (50mg taken twice per day weeks 1-3) (start this after test E ester clears) (So about 14 days last shot)
20mg/20mg/20mg/10mg Aromasin (20mg daily for 3 weeks, 10mg daily in week 4)
3g Vit C every day split in 3 doses
10g creatine daily
Day 1-16 starts the day after the lost shot. And in this case it would be used with 500 or 1000iu EOD due to hcg use during cycl and normal size testes throughout.
Have and acquaintance in the gym who gained 27lbs in 7weeks and is gonna get off due to tendonitis issues.
Of course he is trying to maintain as much gains as possible.
Has anybody tried this pct? If so what was your experience? How much did you maintain or lose? What should the expected loses be if any?
If you had a successful pct protocol that differs to this what would u recommend?

I run a very similar PCT, although I add in IGF-1 and use 1000iu of hcg eod while the test ester clears, rather than 2500iu.
Its a pretty solid PCT, cant go wrong with it. Only thing id change is clomid to nolva as there have been some advantages shown with tamox use, and Id tweak the aromasin dosing to make it easier, as it normally comes in 25mg/ml doses wherever you get it-- 25,25,25,12.5. Of course with the addition of some IGF.. maybe carnitine if youre an overachiever

Just finished my PCT by heavyiron...worked great! I kept most of my size and only lost a little strength...
awesome! did you use the suggested 2500iu or did you lower it becuase you used hcg on cycle?
also if you dont mind sharing, how much did you gain and how much were you able to maintain after the cycle in lbs? really trying to estimate the after pct weight. thanks!
thinkin of havin him lower it to 500iu eod due to normal size during whole cycle... whats your thoughts on that?
ALso, if you have ran pct without igf to be able to tell, how much difference do you think ifg 1 has during pct as opposed to not using it?
thanks!
500iu isn't much...I would do a minimum of 1000iu eod and that's only if he used HCG throughout his cycle. If not, then he should pin 2500iu eod.
Hard to tell on the difference of IGF-1 b/c I ran a completely different PCT than I had before. I was 218lbs when I entered PCT and 215lbs 5 weeks later, however.
