Aromasin and other AI's will lower estrogen and raise Test levels. I would use any aromatase inhibitor with sustonon.

As far as training I like to do what my Rugby coach had us do in college.
    Lite cardio every day
Day 1 pushing muscles - chest, delts, tris
Day 2 pulling muscles - lats, bis, and neck
    Day 3 heavy cardio
    Day 4 off
    Day 5 legs

    Then repeat

thanx for the great advice above !!! and the wise crack...
when i said two weeks i meant just this training routine for two weeks without the juice ,ive been training on and off for years, im proberly going to keep training until i hit a wall with this routine then run the cycle! lol.
Also wanna make sure i git the right advice so i dont waste my gear.

Also my training days arnt really per week its like every 2nd day i train , i just train in that order so legs shoulder rest , chest tris rest, bis back rest the repeat legs shoulder rest and so on, sorry for the bad explantation.
If you think thats not enough im open to any great advice!

One other question i have which i find hard to get the right answere is this
Im a type 1 diabetic i have to take insulin, i take nova rapid throu out the day (fast acting )to balance my suger level and i take lantus at night,
Can anyone explain to me how i can manipulate my insulin levels to get great results?
i have read alot about it and most of the info is for non diabetics, and i kinda pieced together how i should spike my levels but would like to know if anyone is a Guru on this? as i dont want to stuf it and just get fat , and im smart enough and knoiw if im getting hypoglosimic .
    Cheerz guys!

    I don't know if it wasn't enough. 6000 k/cal diet per day. I weighed 193#. 47" chest and 32" waist.
