    Combating side effects on havoc

    I'm getting ready to run a havoc cycle soon and needed some fresh addvice on some concerns I have.
    I based alot of my information on the "Epistane & Havoc Information Bible".
    I am precycling with ce cycle assist and after first week will include Liv.52.
    My concerns are;
    1)shut down
    2)gyno

    I have done Halo-Plex with no negetive effects. Loved the gains in strength! Ran T-3 as a pct.

    I am planning on this as a havoc cycle.
    20/30/30/30 (I don't plan on running it at 40. or for more than 4-wks)
    Will I shut down at this? What if I start having signs of gyno?
    I will be using Nolvadex and TS-2 for pct.
    20/20/10/10 nolvadex. TS-2 bottle recomendations.

    I have read that if I get itchy or sensetive nipples, while on Havoc, to start nolva at 20 right away and to cut back to 10 after symptoms stop.
    About shut down. Is it gonna happen, and how long to recover back to normal?

    I have got everything recomended for this cycle based on the info I found in the "Epistane & Havoc Information Bible" and I used the information found under, "combating side effects", to get all the stuff I might need.

    About me;
    age 45
    175lbs
    13%-14% est. body fat

    So here is what I have for start to finish.
    1-2 cycle assist liv.52
    2-3 20mg havoc
    3-6 30mg havoc
    6-8 20mg nolva TS-2
    8-10 10mg nolva TS-2

    So please give me feed back and answers to these 2 questions and opinions on cycle.

    I think you should run Havoc at 30-40mgs for 6 weeks as your 2nd cycle.

    My advice to you: do not worry about gyno or being shut down.

    If you are going to run a steroid cycle, have a positive attitude. I'm not telling you not to be prepared for what could go wrong. You should be.

    Running Nolvadex in PCT will protect you from gyno. When I ran Havoc recently, my nipples got very sensitive, although there were no signs of gyno. You have to be able to tell the difference. Nipples often freak out on cycle due to the hormonal changes you are putting your body through by dosing the compound. They are part of the process and nothing to fear. You are in control. You are dosing the compound, the compound is not dosing you.

    So, let your nipples freak out. When you finish your PCT your nipples will be back to normal like mine are now. If you have issues on cycle, PM me.

    As far as shut down is concerned, you are hopefully going to get shut down. This is also part of the process of taking exogenous hormones. It's nothing to worry about. A SERM PCT will bring you back. That's what it does, bring you back the fastest way so that you keep your gains and don't get gyno.

    Although I have spoken to members who had good cycles off of 20-30mgs Havoc X 4 weeks, I recommend a higher dosing and cycle length. I ran Havoc for 8 weeks from 30-70 mgs and had an excellent run. I didn't play it conservative, but you can if you prefer.

    I did a review over at Prohormone Forum. Check it out.

    Let me know if you have more questions.
