    Doctor appt and testosterone

I need opinions or advice on this. I have a Dr appointment today to talk about how I am feeling and changes in my demeanor. My wife made me get this appointment because of the way I have been acting the last 6 weeks. Let me give a little backround- I was on test e and eq for 8 weeks and I did not do any PCT after cycle was done. About 3-4 weeks after I was done I completely changed. I didnt care about anything, no energy, no interest in sex, did not want to work out and started drinking alot, ect.....My wife does not know I was using test and she wants an explanation why I am acting this way. I know its due to not taking PCT.

The question is do I tell my Physician that I was taking Test or do I just explain to him what my symptoms are and have him try and figure it out. Again I know it was from not doing PCT. Also if I could get a Testosterone reading done maybe I could be elgible to get this shit prescribed to me and my insurance can pay for it.

If anyone has experience or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!!

not being a jerk, but if you didn't BOTHER to do any pct or probably any on cycle support you may want to find another hobby, or atleast stay away from chemicals, doesn't sound like you value your health very much. Be honest with the doc and keep your wife out of the room, he can only help you if your honest

I have value in my health I just wasnt educated enough when I started, thats my fault. I should not have done AAS without all the proper meds on hand. I enojoy working out and while on test I felt amazing. I just want to do this the right way without harming myself and going threw those problems I mentioned.

You'll send the doc on a wild goose chase trying to figure out what the issue is. That's pointless. Tell him and your wife what you did and that will at least explain your recent change, etc. Then, the only thing separating you from becoming your old self is TIME. Lay off the aas for now. Recover your natural self first and foremost. So your wife might be mad at you but - big deal, she's mad at you anyway. You'll have plenty of time to get out of the doghouse that you put yourself in. If you're not honest you might be forcing the doctor to send you for all kinds of test but tell him you need a hormone panel done in order to see where things stand.

You can also play the card that you did it in order to look better for her and so on and so forth. Next thing you know she might swoop you in her amrs and reassure you that she loves you for who you are and you don't have to try to impress her etc. At least in this case, you would've expressed policitally correct intentions. But then for next cycle you'll have to tell her your doing it for yourself. It could become a Catch-22 but if she loves you she loves you. You just happen to be the kind of guy who wants to cycle gear. Remind her you WILL USE the necessary PCT meds next time and will therefore avoid the recent "rut" you've been in.

I would go to the doctor and ask him about low T, tell him you want blood work done to see what your test levels are, and ask him if they are low if he will prescribe test for you! Start that way in my opinion!

I wouldn't mention anything about past use. Get some tests and see how they come back. This could be your foot in the door for TRT if you so desire.

Correct, just say you been feeling tired all the time, no sex drive, and depressed! These are all signs of low T!

I been on TRT for 3+ years and love it!

After blood test come back and your test levels are low, all will be explained for your behavior and you don't have to admit shit to no one

I agree, dont tell him or your wife shit about your cycle. Tell him your symptoms and that you saw the Low T commercial and it sounded like you and you want your Test levels tested. Your 35 so it could be a normal thing.

Exactly, I was 38 when first tested and I had low T.

You should breeze through this with no problems at all!

Can't argue with the alternative mentioned by above posters. Just comes down to which choice you want to make. Some would choose A, others B. There's no "right" or "wrong" approach per se. Just gotta pick something and go with it. Some doctors are more liberal with prescribing TRT than others so hopefully you get a liberal one if you choose to go that route.

I couldn't agree more with not telling him. It's not uncommon for a mans Test levels to drop at 35. IF anything, I would tell him you have been feeling this way for quite some time now. Say hello pharma grade gear!!!!!!!

This is two ways you could go about this. If you want to be on TRT for the rest of your life, you could have the Doc test your hormone levels b/c they are very low right now. The he can decide to prescribe you hormone replacement. That being said, you are only 35, so it is likely that you can recover your natural test levels again. Really, it is up to you...

If you try to recover natural, I would suggest running a four week cycle of clomid at 50mg ED.

    Agreed!

But either way you need to get the blood work done to show why you been acting the way you have! Cause Test levels are low, either way you go you are covering your ass and not having to tell what you did in the past!

Personally, My significant other knows everything I do! But I'm one of few lucky ones that has a down to earth girl!

This^^^ If you felt fine before your cycle youre just shut down now. You just need pct to recover. Theres no need for trt yet.

I just got back from the Dr and the SOB prescribed me an Anti-depresent-Wellbutrin - to take along with the Addorol I am currently on. He said this pill helps people with the symptems I stated-low sex drive, moody, irritable, no energy, dont look forward to things- he said not to take past noon because it will not let you sleep.

On the other hand I mentioned that I been doing research on low testosterone and that I should get blood work done. He agreed and now I have to go back in 3 hours to draw blood-(i have not ate in 5 hours so by that time it will be a total of 8 hrs for the fasting) Any suggestions to lower my test in the next few hours?? haha

Actually wellbutrin is commonly used to treat low sex drive caused by SSRI antidepressants. I personally have tried wellbutrin and it did make me horny as hell due to norepinepherine stimulation.

Anti-depressants are hit or miss though for many people though.
