My overall experience with many sponsors on IM has been positive. Some wrinkles here and there but nothing that has warranted making a thread to complain. Sh*t happens. I work in the manufacturing industry (Sales) and believe me, there are always going to be issues with product defects, shipping, damaged goods, etc. Occassionally, we will manufacture and ship product that was subpar and should not have passed inspection. Humans make errors, machines break down, raw materials sometimes arrive that have to be rejected or get used and then we find out from customers that product is failing in the field so we issue Return Material Authorization and/or credit them accordingly. Point is, the complaints on this board happen across the world with any business - not just gear. Many (not all) complaining posters should take this into consideration.
And I'm not defending actual scammers b/c I think all and any scammers should be summarily executed. Selling bunk gear should warrant the death penalty.

Is it just me or has this site become a place to bash to sponsors? I am not affiliated with any sponsor on here, and I have never purchased from any sponsor on this board. However, I see people complaining about a product, shipping times and customer service ALL DAY LONG! I am not saying the people complaining are wrong in anyway. I would be mad if I received bunk gear. I would also be mad if I had to wait several months for my gear. These are legitimate complaints, but I want to see proof!!!!!!!!
Can this issue be resolved? I think their is too many trolls on this board who are out to bash another sponsor so that you buy from them.
This site is becoming a bunch meatheads who are constantly fighting.

Most sponsors will like to resolve the matter in private 1-1.
Got a problem they will fix it.
That is why the constantly get repeat business.
