Im currently doing my summer cycle where I have used/will use the following:
Week 1-6: 100mg Test-p EOD
Week 6-9: 150mg Test-p EOD
Week 1-8: 50mg Winstrol (Oral) ED
Week 1-9 0.5mg Arimidex EOD
The first 6 weeks, I had no gyno symptoms at all.
Then I got a different brand with Testo-p, and increased the dose to 150mg EOD.
That little increase in testo-p (From 100mg to 150m EOD) has literally shot my sexdrive through the roof.. I also feel it has helped increased my fat burning more (placebo effect or not, doesn't matter).
Im in week 7 now.
Well lets get on to the questions shall we:
1) The increase from 100mg testo-p to 150mg testo-p EOD, I have noticed my nipples has increased a tiny bit in size occasionally (Typical gyno symptom), but they are NOT itchy / lump is not getting bigger etc (had a minor lump for years under my left nipple). I know I should increase my arimidex to perhaps 0.75 or 1mg EOD, but I won't have enough arimidex for the last 1-2 weeks of my cycle then. That's why I stick to 0.5mg still. As long as the lump don't increase in size, and they are not sensitive in any way - Will I be "okay" ? (I only have 2 weeks left). I got loads of nolvadex on hand, but read they don't go well together.
2) Since im pinning prop, I have rotated from glute-glute-quad-quad-glute-glute-etc. But for the last 2 weeks or so, I have only pinned my glutes.. because im getting an annoying pain by injecting into my glute (goes away after a day or two). In my quads I don't feel anything at all.
Im only injecting into the green square, but im wondering if it is okey to inject into the entire red square ?
(I was injecting into my usual spot today, and I literally had to push hard as hell to get the oil down into my quad. Was afraid I was gonna break the needle. That's why im would like to inject higher up on the quad, .. but only if I get a green flag for doing so).
I know the questions are a bit silly, and I sort of know the answers myself, but I would like some opinions anyway, just for "peace of mind" if you know what I mean.
I cant see the image ur trying to post up. Honestly for me the glute is hard to do cuz im cant reach around to do it effectivly but have u considered pining your delts? I recently tryed it and its my fav new spot. Right in the middle delt, for me it is very smooth! I use 25g 1 inch for it. Food for thought.
