    Please more info?

Hi ppl ,how s everyone going?
Joined the forums here hoping to get some great advice and solid info!
Im 32 been training on and off for ages ,havnt done a cycle for a while but been stocking up and starting soon.

Got heaps of food and protien shakes and supps.

Im going to take 2ml of sus 250 (From chemist) a week for 3 months... should i take 1ml wait three day take the other ? or 2ml straight up?

I have some Nolva not sure how much and when to use this???

Also i have some clem gel that i wish to take aswel but i would like to bulk up first then cut up, not sure when to start it in my cycle? Im not taking it with any t3 so 2 weeks on 2 weeks off has been sugested .

And should i continue weight training with clem or opt for cardio to cut up?

Also am i right in thinking that the clem wont strip the muscle gains?

Also im a type 1 diabetic and am looking for info on how to manipulate my insulin levels to get gains?
Like when i should eat carbs?, when to take my insulin ? what blood suger levels i should run whilst training ? lots of info here for non diabetics , bit diffrent for ppl already with type 1.

Any infomation would be awsume .

Do you have problem with putting on weight then?
A few years ago I was a gym buddy with a kid with type 1 diabetics. Thats when I first realised how powerful slin is. I was already training for 2 years, he was just starting, in 6 months he's put on 10kg and matched my size

Hey bro welcome to the board lots of smart guys with great advice here.
Couple things. Sus is much better utilized eod due to the fact its a blend, sus is awesome stuff when ysed right. It has prop which is fast acting but only a small amount then you have the decanoate which has a half lidfe of 3 days or so, then the iso test then phenyl test. Each one has a different half life as appised to say cyp where you get the full 250 of one test. This means that taken only twice a week you can not sustain stable blood levels which is what we need to consistantly see gains. Second clen is good stuff, its also anabolic and works syergistically with test so if you run the two together it helps build and mauntain muscle while on a reducrd calorie diet. So do not stop lifting to cut thats a waste. Good luck bro

Additionally, keep the nolva handy to counter any gyno sides that may flare up. That's the only time you will need it. Make sure you have your pct mapped out and ready.

As D-Latsky stated, do not chnange your training, just reduce your caloric intake.

This can't be stated strongly enough. You must find a MD to assist you.

I am not an MD so don't take my advise. However, if I were Type 1 I would start with a very small dose of ONE and only ONE at a time. Then monitor my Blood for up to 5 days to see how that ONE affected me. If all good then start off small again with pins several days apart monitoring my blood several times a day. If good work up and work more into the routine but IF my blood dropped even a little more than normal stop and find an MD.

I have not known any diabetics that had any problems working out. Lifting is great as D-Latsky says but some cardio should be implemented into your routine. It will help with maintaining good sugar levels.

    Thanks for that guys,
Ok soo far I think ill just jack the whole 2ml sus 250 and take, the clem daily for two weeks then, have a break on the clem still, take the suss then, continue the clem after,a,week.
Irish, ill,do a search on that, guy and see what comes up,!
When ever I,train I gain fast , ithink it might ve due to my insulin , im pretty on it,had it,for over 15years ,see cause I can make my blood suger ,levels go anywere up to 30 down,to 1, were norm ppl just sit, around 3\6, when they, eat carbs it may go,up to,10 but then ur pancrease kicks in and takes it back to 3/6, if I was at 9 and ate a sandwicg it would go up to 12 and would not level ot back to 9 unless I jacked around 2ml of novarapid into me, one iu of insulin drops u two units of blood suger, about 30grams of carbs increases ur blood suger levels by two, units.
So im just, trying to work out were to have my suger levels at,when training, when to eat the carbs and how much and when and how much,to drop my levels back, down?lol
    Normal ppl,do,all this,on,auto,pilot so u can,see were it,confuses me lol
lol see if u can work that out! Sory about all the commas im,typing this,on my phne.
