Hey everyone. I need to know which aas would be good for endurance ( a lot of running/ swimming) and muscle endurance ( a lot of reps) have a comp coming up in few months and would like to tear it up. Any help would be nice, thanks.
just a shot in the dark, but have you considered training specifically for this? gear isn't going to turn you into a champion without training and eating to be a champion
Ya fellas gave up heavy lifting about 2 months ago, been training for this every day. Did this comp last year for fun, it's cool but want to do better. I know ppl take aas for running and strengh, which is what I need without gaining a lot of weight.
