    Gear head Advice

    hi ppl , i have posted before got some good advice so now have bought sum more gear and hoping someone could leand me there ear on when to take it all.

    ideallyi want to gain large muscels and cut the fat

    Ok i go enougth sus250 to take 3ml for 3 months cycle.
    how should i take this ? work my way up to 3ml and down?
    take 1nhalf twice a week?whats the best way?

    i also have 200ml clen gel vet grade?
    i know i should do 2 weeks on then of but when should i start this in my 3 month cycle?

    i also have climid 50mg tabs and nolva, when in the cycle should i start each of them ?

    i have a fair idea on all but id like to hear what other ppl would do with all this gear for best results?

    i have been training one day on one day off without anything for the last 6 months when i get on the gear im hopeing to train one body part a day for 6 days .
    i wont go into my routine , i really just want to know about the gear?

    Treat sust like prop. Treat it like the shortest ester it contains. You can eventually get by with bi-weekly injections once the long esters take over and carry you. But to start, use it like you would prop (ed or eod)

    As far as the clomid and nolva for PCT, you begin these 10-14 days after your last injection, considering that your sust blend contains a long ester like cyp/enanth.

    OP, how old are you, what are you current stats, what's your fat percentage and lean mass number? Also, how long have you been training and finally can you break down your training by the day and style of what you do?

    Ok im 28 male, type 1 diabetic insulin dependant
    Im 95kg 183 height
    I m not sure about body fat percentage? Most visible fat would be on lower stomick but
    u can see the makings of a six pack lol, im in good shape besides that.
    I have been training on and of for years and have done,some cycles before but never properly as have had bad info.
    Just started training again 2 months ago after about a 2month,lay off but stil played sport in between.
    Atm I train mon legs n shoulder...wed chest,tris...fri bics and back, sunday back to leggs and shoulders and so on, so its in,that order I,train a day rest a day.
    Evert morn I do some abbs at home and shoulder rotaion cuff exercizes.

    When I start my gear I was thinking of changing my training to one body part a day ,i havnt made a program up,yet , im open to,suggestions.

    I have 40ml of sus250 , 200ml clen gel , nolva and cloimd

    I use to just jack 2ml a week of sus and that was that no nolva or cloid , I lost alot if size after two months after my cycle. That was 6months ago.

    So with my supply how would you take it all to get best gains?

    I'd wait a year and train like it's a religion, cut to 10% fat, and then juice. Using now? Not really beneficial because you haven't scratched nearly the surface of what you're capable of by natural means and a good diet.

    Very solid advice from juggernaut. I studied AAS for 5 years before I ever touched them. I also trained for 10 years steady before choosing to use. These questions are very basic and easy to find the answers to by reading on the boards and in anabolics books. Good Luck
