small, sore lump beside left nip....burning and itchy pecs. acne on back of shoulder. just started taking a litte arimidex. will that clear it up or too late?

300 mg of test a week. didnt take anything for the estrogen until I noticed the lump. will letro make it go because the arimidex seem like it might have shrunk it a little. Not terrible like the size of a mini jelly bean but was really sore at first. still a little itching though. taking .5 mg of arimidex every day (sound right/)

I would bump the arimidex to 1mg. letro will reverse the gyno if u take care of it fast.
