This is my second cycle and I was at approximately 12 % BF at the start. My BF has gone up a little not much and my diet is in check. So a im 26 yrs old 5'9 175 pds. I am on my 6th wk of a 12 wk cycle. Goals are to bulk up, build mass and strength. I do not want to be cut or shredded.
wk 1-12 Test E 600 mg a wk split in two shots
wk 1-10 Decca 300 mg a wk split in two shots
wk 1-3 dbal at 50 mgs ed
I was going to do the dbal for 4wks but i had oral liquid not pills and it taste like rocket fuel and i could not do it lol. I am also on HCG at 500 iu a wk and clomid for my pct. I have seen some size and I dont seem to get sore after my work outs but do have a little joint pain during the workouts So what do you guys think about it all ?
No need to inject the Deca twice a week. Once is fine. It is not going to hurt anything to do it twice, though. At six weeks, however, the test and Deca should really be just starting.
Is your diet in check? have you been eating enough and slaming protein shakes down your throat..
Biggest mistake i see by most users is for their first few cycles they are not eating enough or clean enough, steroids can only do so much without the food to fuel them.
