how long have you been lifting for? No one should juice in their first few years of lifting. You won't learn what your body responds to best, you'll have more side effects and less gains due to the distribution of receptors in your body (which increases the more you exercise) and you'll have lower testosterone production for life, effectively making you smaller and less ripped in the long run. Hopefully you wanna be in good shape for most of your life and not just for a year or two.

This is coming from a guy who's 24 years old, been serious lifting for 10 years, 224 lbs, 14% bodyfat, looking into cycling soon. So I definitely can relate to you, but don't make the mistake of starting too early, you may never enjoy working out without it again.

Ok brother, Here's my .02: you're 23. A bit young, but I've heard worse. You're 20% bf? Now that's a bit high to cycle anything. Just like calves said, you need to put A LOT more time and work in. I'm 24 5'11 270 and last go round I ws 22%bf. Personally, there's no way I'm cycling anything but carbs, types of protein and workouts. I KNOW the temptation is there. About half my friends have or do cycle regularly, but seeing the ups downs risks and end results, I know I'm far from ready. You may think you are, but what do you really know about nutrition, workouts and different styles of each? (Bulking, cutting, etc). Not trying to be a dick, but you did call yourself a noob. Think long and hard, cause this is a serious decision. Good luck and keep us updated

If your mind is set on cycling look into a simple test-e cycle with some sort of oral/ph.

I think that you should lose at least 5% bf before any aas.
The time you will spend to cut , you can use it to research aas.

Clean up your diet and research the shit oit of aas. If you
Put your mind to it you should reach your bf goal around the same time you are educated enough to hop on the gear. Imo.

Great advice here from Calves of Steel and Cgrant. You know inside thats you are not ready for AAS yet. You would not of called yourself a noob if you though you were ready. My advice is similar to the others. Stay on this forum read in this section as much as possible, read all the stickys. Read in the diet and nutrition section. If you become an elite member you can go to the elite anabolics section and use the free books to learn more about AAS. While you learn continue training harder than ever. Switch things up and try to see what works for you body. Learn your body. If you are new to training you will have great results without steroids if you work hard. EAT CLEAN. Start a diet. You can do what is called a Prime. There is a sticky about Priming. This is where you get your bodyfat down to get prepared to run a cycle of AAS. I would shoot for 12% but 14-15% would work just keep in mind the lower the BF% the better because you will be less prone to side effects and have much better results for you cycle. This is a decision that can effect the rest of your life. Put everything you have into this and you will be shocked at what can come out of it. I am going to show you some examples other members have made amazing Transformations. Here are some great links for you to start at. If you need advice or have a question that you don't want to post send me a PM. I will help you out the best I can. You can do this in time and really make the most of it. You have to do it right though. I would shoot getting the most you can out of your natural training right now learn and cut BF% this is a long Prime keep your end goal in mind. Within a year or two of full dedication you can make huge progress. GoodLuck Links below start here. This is the BEST FORUM ON THE INTERNET stay here and you will be suprised how far you can go.

Definitely cut for a while before using anything. Having higher bodyfat increases the chances of estrogen related side effects and obviously is harder on your cardiovascular system which is not what you want on AAS.

Other than that spend this time researching, do a simple 500mg test cycle and maybe an oral for the first few weeks. Make sure you have a solid pct planned out and have everything in your hands before you start. Don't start pinning without recieving your pct and hope it gets there in time. Also you should always use an AI (aromatase inhibitor), I mention that because I hear about guys all the time halfway through a cycle like "wait should I be using an AI? why am I bloated and my nips hurt?"
