    body fat %

    heres a picture of me im just wondering what you all think my body fat % is im 23 6/3 216 lbs im currently running a cycle of
    test e 1-10 600mg
    winstrol 1-6 50mg ed
    2 week on 2 week off clen
    nolva 20mg ed

    pct will be hcg weeks 11-12 2500iu eod
    100/100/50/50 clomid
    aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

    im really tryin to get my body fat down to 9 or 10%

    Bro, it's impossible to guess bf % just by looking at a pic. I can hold 12% bf with great definition, while I have friends that can't hold 12% with ab definition. Some people look more/less cut with high/low bf%. But looking at you, i'd say somewhere in the realm of 18-22%. But like I said, impossible to tell.

    See, that's what I mean. My boy Bol is holding 18% and he looks about the same as you.
    As for your cycle (depending on how much water you retain on test, and what AI you're gonna use) you're going to have to keep your diet spot on to lose good fat.
    And imho you shouldn't run nolva on cycle. Grab yourself a good AI and save the nolva for pct.
    And DO NOT run hcg in your pct. Use it DURING your cycle to keep your balls cob-web free, but don't touch it once you start pct. Best of luck, bro.

    It's known to decrease igf-1 levels on-cycle, and for someone who's looking for the absolute best results, the slightest adjustments must be made to see the best possible gains. This is all purely anecdotal advice regarding the nolva, but stick with good ol' adex or aromasin to keep estro sides down.

    If I was to guess I would say ~17%

    You should get a $20 calliper or have it tested at the gym / fitness suite if you want more accurate results.

    what 'thing' at the gym did you use? If it was an omron they are off by at least +/- 5% and completely depend on hydration level (bioelectrical impedance).

    A bod pod is actually no longer the golden standard... they are usually off by +/- 2-3%... same with underwater weighing (its very difficult to completely and consistently empty the lungs).

    The gold standard is now dexa... but its very expensive.

    We use a very nice caliper as a base when calibrating all machines, if its done with a descent caliper and consistently done by the same person (who knows what they are doing) it is the cheapest and most reliable measurement. There should be at least one trainer at your gym who knows what theyre doing... ask for a 7 site measurement.

    As for my guess on the pic I'd say 16-18%.

    ya dude ai on cycle like adex will be better. i would say your right around 19% everyone thinks they are lower than they really are. a rule of thumb that i heard to use is if you can see your abs ur right around 10% but thats seeing all them

    Looking good bro. I agree with the advice above. You look like you might be prone to gyno. I would def drop the Nolva during and run an AI throughout. And definitley run HCG during cycle, not during PCT. I run it at 250iu's 2X/week through out and the last two weeks of my cycle, I run it at 500iu's 2X/week and continue that for two weeks past my last test inject. I then wait a week before starting PCT. Seems to work for me. I never have sides and I maintain a high percent of lean body mass and strength. Good luck.

    Also, everybody's genetics is different. My friend is extremely cut on his upper body and abs but holds all his fat on his legs. I'm a little different, I hold most of my fat around my abs but my bf% is lower even though he had way better looking abs.

    I can see my abs with defenition and the gym amchine says 13% I looked like you when i was 20% Sorry Bud. But if you are on cycle do some cardio it will melt off if your diet is in check.

    ok that picture was taken about a week before i started my cycle and i was about 30 beers deep .......... i drink about 2 times a year or something so dont get all crazy about how im trying to lose bf and drinking........ i will definately not be drinking on cycle..... do you think its possible to drop 5-8% bf in the 10 week cycle that i have mapped with correct dieting and cardio 5 days a week and 6 days a week lifting... cardio either in the morning or immediately following my hour of weight training with HIIT for 20 - 30 minutes
