    Measly reps for your suggestions on cycle

    Hey Everyone,

    I finished my first cycle about 2.5 weeks ago. It went pretty well and I'm into my PCT now and would like to start planning my next cycle that I plan to start in mid-september. My first was sus-250 @ 500mg/wk for 10 weeks. I went from 183lbs to 199lbs and stayed right around 15%. My lifts all went up nicely as well. However, I made most of my gains in my final 3 weeks and I think I would benefit from a longer cycle next time.

    This will be a "winter bulk cycle" but I will still be playing football so I'd like to not hold too much water weight and not gain a whole lot of fat. I know d-bol does those but I'd like to include that in my next cycle as well and I'd like to finish it with some anavar or winny as well.

    I do have deca-durabolin on hand but may save it for later. I did like the sust-250 and would use it again. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

    You dont want bloat but you want dbol? You are playing ball but want to run winny? Definatly hang around and read more before buying anything. There are some clear flawes right off the hop lol.
    Without having all your info id run a simple bread and butter test 500mg week
    And deca 300-400mg a week. Its the best cycle for good size and strength gains.

    Start Reading more on the compound you plan to use bro.
    Not point giving me a step by step guide on what to do if you don't know what anything is.

    After which come back post up some stats and we will help you out.
