I have been researching aas for about a year now, and I have come to respect the advise given on this site. I am wanting to get your opinion on my first cycle. I am 39 yrs, and weigh 180 pds, I have been lifting regularly for 2 years, bf is 14%, my diet is getting dialed in (still needs some tweaking) but I am close. I am thinking of starting this in the next few months. Just wanting to make sure I get it correct before I start. Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.
It looks fine to me bro, Id rather use Aromasin On cycle @ 12.5mg EOD and then pct just like you have outlined, and Scratch the Adex, but that is just preference.
Looks good! First cycle is always fun!

I'd run the adex .5 EOD, or aromasin 12.5 mg EOD. Then get estradiol checked after 4-6 weeks and make any adjustments if necessary. I'm of the mindset that I'd rather drive my estradiol a little too low and fix it after bloodwork, if neededj, than have to deal with potential gyno symptoms. Some people do just fine w/ dosing every third day though...

Looks like you did your research and put together a solid first cycle. I'd suggest adding HCG 500X2 from the first week up until you start your PCT. It will help you recover quicker after your cycle. Good luck!

I have to applaud you bro. Keep it simple for your first cycle and that is what you have. I love your cycle for a first.
I have never used Arimidex so I can't comment either way, but the rest of the cycle and PCT look good. I would strongly think about adding HCG at about 250iu 2X week throughout your cycle. Otherwise, good plan and good luck.
Most important brother, don't even think of starting a cycle till you have everything in hand. NOT ON ORDER AND HOPING IT GETS THERE IN TIME.

Also hcg would be a good addition, and an oral kickstart wouldn't hurt either. As it is though that's a very solid first cycle and I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
thanks for all the comments. I will get the hcg. As for using an oral kick start I think I want to use the kiss method and keep it simple. I also am curious to see what test alone will do.
