    .22ml test e everyday

Hey just I'm thinking of trying .22ml of test e everyday which comes to 375mg a week. Also gonna add 1ml of deca so that's like .16ml ed.
I would be using a slin pin to make sure I am measuring accurately. I am wanting to do this because I get acne pretty bad and I want to see if keeping my blood levels real stable will help with that. Any thoughts?

Why bother? The half life is like 5-7 days so you arent going to really benefit from all the trouble.

Ya I know the half life is around that but figured may be worth a try. I see your point though

If it was prop then i could see it being somewhat beneficial. At that low dose you would need to frontload or it would take forever to get the test up enough to see gains i would think.

Ya been on Anabolic body tane now for over a month. No sides and no improvement in acne. So either its bad or I need higher than 40mg heh.

But ya if I go this route I may try eod to start and see if that is sufficient

    Hey Keith,
I would suggest pinning yourself only twice a week with test e. Pinning everyday won't make a difference - your blood levels will still be the same 2-3 weeks in (but you wouldn't see much gains until your blood levels are up). Acne is a side effect of test anyway, there's not much you can do about that.

However, something you can do is this - put a freshly laundered white towel over your pillowcase while you sleep. Change it every day. I know it sound crazy, but I fixed a bunch of my friends' acne problems back in high school this way. Also, get a bar of dove soap (non-scented and mild is better) and gently clean your face with it in the shower. Make sure your face is oil-free by washing it with just some water before you sleep. Cut out fried and fast foods and stay hydrated and I guarantee you'll be acne-free in two weeks.
If you decide to try it out, let me know how it goes

I have tried just about everything to reduce sides including pinning every day. I saw no real improvement myself but many guys do report less sides with more frequent pins so I think its worth a try.
