I dunno, its on the books that you could get like a year for importing, but if you look at the cases they hardly ever prosecute it.... Posession is legal after all, just buying, selling, manufacturing, and importing is illegal.
I have seen where powder being found has set off a bigger investigation though, and lead to pretty heavy jail time ( by Canadian standards lol ).

I received total of 5 of those lovely letters, lol

They took 20 amps from me few monts ago. I got a letter what said what kind of law I broke and if I want contact them and I can pick it up.That was it. Originally Posted by manickanuck
