    New guy looking for advice

    Hi I'm pretty new to all of this, looking for some advice. Right now I'm taking test prop every other day, and a winnie pill twice a day. It seems to be working a lil. i go to the gym 6 days a week about a hour of lifting and 20 min of cardio. I'm limited of the cardio due to a knee injury. I want to speed up the process and drop some weight. I've been reading about clen. does it work? How much do I take? I'm not even sure where to buy it. I looked at the sponsers but nit sure who is the best or who to trust. any help??

    You give no stats about yourself nor any info on the dose of Prop/Winny your taking? I'm assuming this is your first cycle so all I'm going to say is go back to the forum and look under the Sticky's and start reading and studying. You need allot of help and put some effort into learning before you hurt yourself!!!!

    Yeah I'm Deff still learning. I'm 31 5' 10'' about 265lbs. I'm taking 1cc of prop every other day ( I think 100 Mlg bottle) the Winnie pills I'm not too sure of. They taste like sugar pills to me. They are supposed to be 5mg pills I take one in the AM and one in the PM. I really need to drop some pounds..well I'm not as concerned with pounds as I am fat

    Diet should be your number one concern. and 10mg of winny isn't gonna do shit.

    I've been on a pretty strict diet, mostly chicken n vegetables. Sorry the winnie is supposed to be 50mg pills twice a day. But like I said i dont even know if they are real. I was looking into Clen but dont know a whole lot about it except its a strong fat burner

    Im not sure how worried about sides you are but the higher body fat you are the more likely you are going to experience estrogenic sides aka bitch tits...

    I'm taking a aroma blocker too, not sure if it works. Thats why I want to loose some weight

    I was thinking the same....do you have an idea what your BF%? I'm guessing it's over 20%?

    Diet, Diet and diet. Also if fat loss is your goal, you need more cardio than 20min.

    Get off the gear all together and get your diet under control. Go to FitDay.com and start tracking your food intake for about 2 weeks or so. Go back and hit the Sticky's in the Diet forum and get a good understanding of macro's especially around your maintenance intake and how to proportion your Calories (carbs, protein and fats).

    Then try running that for a few months and like someone said before, MORE CARDIO!!! Gear is not an overnight fix and can cause allot more problems then benefits if your bodyfat is not low enough and your diet sucks.
