So I have been researching on this site and many others for a while now and i am ready to start my first cycle. Sorry for any typos I'm posting from iPhone and auto correct sucks sometimes.
Stats
6'2
250lbs
28 years old
Been working out since I was 15 for high school football and wrestling. Started lifting hard core in college for wrestling when I was 18.
Bench 450lbs
Deadlift 575lbs
Squat I don't max due to nagging knee injury from college wrestling but I do my 5x5 with 405lbs.
Past ph/aas history
2 epi solo cycles
1 phereplex cycle
1 epi/hdrol stack cycle
Also we I was 18 I bought some andro poppers from gnc and had no idea what I was taking. Thankfully they didn't f me up bad.
Cycle plan
Weeks 1-12
600mgs of test e per week. 300mgs pinned twice a week
.5mgs arimidex ed
Weeks 15-18
Clomid 100/100/100/50
Arimidex .5mgs ed
Will have nolva on hand if needed.
Couple of questions
Is 600mgs of test e sufficient for a guy my size? Some buddies at the guy say to go with 750mgs per week but they have been running injectables for years.
Also I have a bottle of CEL xtren nonmethylated. Didnt ever want to run it solo because of the sides but I have read on another site that running it with test will combat those sides (loss of libido and lethargy). Should I kick start with the xtren at 90mgs ed for the first four weeks?
Thanks in advance guys and thanks heavyiron for your sticky on first cycle and pct.
