Alright so im planning to finish off summer with a cycle. I wanted to get something going to run for the duration of summer but due to personal events I had to delay it. So with that I came up with these ideas to run for the remainder.
Stats- 25yrs old and about 210lbs @ 13-14%
Previous Cycles- Started my days with various PH's and designer steroids, test solo, some test/winny and bulked off dbol/test/deca.
Diet- I have found what works best for me is a moderate/high carb,high protein and lower fat diet. I like to keep my fats at 20-25% of kcals, with this setup raise protein to about 1.5g/lb (300g daily) and fill in the remainder with carbs. I was thinking of starting right around 2700 and see how i do from there. Food sources are basic- chicken,eggs, whey, greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, oats, veggies, fruits, PB/almond butter, healthy oils, EFAs.
Im planning to use Test Prop, RPN Havoc, maybe oral winny and would like to incorporate the clen/t3 I have from Extreme Peptide. Here are a few options I have been thinking of.

Weeks 1-8: Test Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-4: Havoc 30/40/40/40

Weeks 1-8: Clen starting @ 40mcg for 2 weeks then bumping up 20 every 2
Weeks 1-8:T3 @ 50mcg ED then tapering off the last few days @ 25mcg

Every cycle will include Adex at 0.5mg EOD since I have research stop Adex on hand. Also using a cycle support blend daily. Will also use supps including my preworkout, EFA's, yohimbine hcl, acetyl l carnitine, green tea. Taurine on hand if needed for havoc.
PCT for all- Followng Heavy's sticky on PCT (clomid, vit c, creatine)

but the t3 just turns the fat buring furance up another nothc.
In the same boat trying to plan my cutting cycle. Here is what i got but am torn between
Tren A and Priomo though Masteron might be an option
I think I should be able to handle the sides with tren but if I can't find caber
maybe I should nix it.
This would be my first cutting cycle ever... I was lucky to be lean when I was younger.

Cytomel start 25mcg ramp up to 75 or 100mcg depening how I feel for 8 weeks
Test Prop 100mg EOD for 12 weeks
Winstrol 50mg (oral) ED last 4 weeks

Primobolan 400mg split M / Thur for 12 weeks
Tren Ace 50/75mg EOD for 10 weeks

I will be running EPI and Test P as my next cutting cycle. Good luck with yours.
As for T3 run it at 75mg 2 days on 2 days off and dont tapper off, this way your thryhid will recover quicker.
Natural production is around 26mcg/day thus running 25 is pointless (only suppresses your natural prodiction)
Also use Clen while off T3 to avoid the rebound.
I know about not tapering off but starting at 25 is not beneficial and I should start at 50?
