    Cycle critique?

So I am starting to put together the pieces for a future cycle and am hoping for any advice or tips, really appreciate anything.

    12 week cycle
    1-12 test E 600mg per week
1-16 aromasin 12.5 mg Every other day (will adjust if bloating occurs)
    1-12 HCG 250iu per week
    13-16 Clomid 100/100/75/50

Also planning on running ultradrol either with this cycle or on its own, anyone have an opinion on that? figured it would make a great kicker to the cycle and since test E will still get to see the results of just the ultra, and then just the test.

If I do run ultradrol I will toss in liver support.

    1) Age 22
    2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 165, +/- 12% bf
    3) Years of Consistant Training experience 2
    4) Previous Cycle experience 1 andro RX cycle, felt great with no sides other than a little lethargy which could just be from new work schedule waking up at 4 every day.
    5) Training routine and Diet:

Training consists of a basic push/pull split, focusing on compounds (A: Bench, OHP and Squat) (B:Rows/Weighted Pullups, Deadlifts, and some curls/tricep work as needed) Cardio when my legs aren't jelly. Also some accessory work like weighted crunches, cable crossovers, lateral raises and fun stuff like that.

Diet: clean 3000-4000 cals depending on if its a training day or not.

I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.

    6) Cycle Goals: to gain a lean 10 lb's

Hopefully you will train for a few years more before running anything. That being said, run the HCG at 500 X 2 per week. At 250 a week it won't help at all. I think the Aromasin should be daily. Take a look at Heavyiron's sticky on First Cycle and PCT. Clomid is good for PCT, but I suggest running the Aromasin through your PCT.

No Nolva for PCT. Clomid only during PCT. Nolva will not assist recovery, it will make recovery harder.
