If you're using the clen just so you can eat more without gaining too much fat then that's retarded imho.
But clen could help your gym intensity and keep you lean (if you're eating clean.)
Clen should be treated with respect, though (as with any other drug.) Heart palpitations are just the beginning if you start to get stupid with on/off time, dosages, etc. It will help you with staying lean, keeping energy up, and losing some excess fat. Hell, it would probably help you with rugby, too. But keep clean calories up, protein, carbs, and healthy fats up as well, and you'll keep alot of gains, and maintain a good foundation for rugby.
