Are you asking for cycle advice or training/diet advice? If cycle advice, you gotta post your stats before we give you help. Stats should be age, height, weight, bf%, previous cycle experience.

What's your current diet? Meal plan details w/ total cals & macronutrient split please.

The first thing you have to do if you expect to grow anything is to eat to grow. It may be that your chest does not respond as well as other muscle groups (everyone has genetic gifts and challenges!) but you still have to be eating to support your goals.

Saw a post like this on freakz quite a while ago, and the answer to me made sense, so I'll just pass it along. Sometimes your chest growth can depend on your back growth. Its really difficult to build a thick wide chest without a thick wide back to support it. If you think about it, you never see guys with good chest developement and a poor back. I never used to have a day dedicated to just back, but the last yr or so I have and my chest has responded. Again that was the advice from a vet on freakz, but it really worked for me. Just a thought for you to consider

That's because they are the hardest muscle to grow. Takes "years" to get calves like Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, or Victor Martinez.

Mine grow just fine, definitely the strongest (not the biggest ) calves in the gym.
I Hit them very hard 2ve a week, Calf rises Worm up sets adding plates up to 880lbs (max i can add) 3 sets of 25+ reps (explosive up and slow when going down) , last set is with a 3-4 drop sets till i feel the burn and pain.

I always leave it till the end of the workout, as i am out of breath and can barely walk afterwards

As for chest I must have good genes for it, it grow big within first 8 months of training. I was hitting it 2ce a week back then.

Change your chest exercise. If you hit a sticking point in bench, switch to flies or another type of chest exercise as your main.
