Progesterone receptor is upregulated with tamoxifen and nandrolones have high affinity for those receptors. Together with estrogen receptor stimulation the situation leads to higher probability of developing some breast tissue.

I wouldn't do it just because I'm not 100% sure, but from what I've heard progesterone receptors require signaling by estrogen to exert their effects. AKA by blocking the estrogen receptor progestin will have no effect. The body is designed to only display the effects of progestin in the female body, and it does this by requiring high levels of estrogen at the receptor.

Again I'm not 100% sure, I believe there was a study that tamoxifen increased the effects of progesterone. But I'm not convinced as to why? Nolva "mimics" estrogen but still doesn't have estrogenic effects especially in breast tissue. And I've also heard tamoxifen has a mild effect on blocking progesterone receptors. I may be entirely wrong on this but haven't seen a good explanation of why?
