    Knowledge is Power

Where can I learn about cycling other than here? Such as books, articles, mags? Who should I listen to? I am 21 almost 22. I want to learn so when I am 24 or 25 decide whether they are worth the risk. Ps. Is it safe for a 22 year old to take clenbuterol? Will a t booster at my age do anything? Such as the new one that ironmags just put out?

You've got the mindset of someone who's gonna live a long, healthy life, bro. First off, theres literally ass tons of resources online (different forums, medical journals, informational sites, etc.) and I also learned of google scholar a week or two ago, which is also an excellent way to find legit research. But we've got some great resources here on IM, bro. Just shoot up a thread with a question/comment/concern about a substance and you'll get 3-4 smart mofos throwing advice/info at you like large rodents.
As for clen, if done responsibly, yes, imho it can be used safely (for rats) about your age. Just be careful with it though, because even when (your rats) are taking the appropriate dosages, they might see an increase in blood pressure, sweating, jitters, heart palpitations, and/or insomnia (if taken too late in the day.)
And your body's still producing awesome amounts of test as it is, so you wouldn't necessarily see too much of a benifit from test boosting supps, but if you're really interested in them, IML's got some of the best stuff around.

Thanks. What are some ways to increase bone density by the way naturally? Should I run on leg days? When is the best time to run?

Lifting in general has been known to naturally increase bone density. I'll dig up some studies for the best movements for the topic, though.

"Physical impact and weight-bearing exercise stimulates bone formation. Just as a muscle gets stronger and bigger the more you use it, a bone becomes stronger and denser when you regularly place demands upon it.

Makes senses, runners that have been running a long time are less likely to get shin splints, powerlifters have thick bone size and when you break a bone it's thicker.

Read the stickies, and become an Elite Member on here to have access to multiple books on anabolics.

    Good luck!

Does clen actually give you strength increases and improved recovery?
