    injured do i carry on with cycle

    hi guys 6 wks into cycle just pulled my back so possibily away for a week from training do i just carry on as normal with the test etc thanks

    How long is recovery gonna be? If you stop now you'll lose a lot during pct if you can't train like normal. I'd stay on. My .02$

    stay on if its not a terrible pull can you still work other parts...once it heals the gear will help make it stronger faster

    did you pull a muscle or disc. you should see a chiropractor I had an injury in the middle of my cycle last year and he decompressed my lower back and was on my way after a few weeks. you can continue with machines instead of free weights.
