need advice on what steriod i should take and what dosage, i am new to this:
i have been working out for nearly 3 years, 4-5 days in 2 days rest. 8 hours sleep a day. 2 grams of protien for every pound i wiegh. I have seen good results on my chest and shoulders, and back, however muscle growth on arms are small, same for legs. have tried different work out, triangle sets etc. i am 5'8, i weigh 75 kg, have been training for 2-3 years, never tried steriods need advice on what and which cycle to take
