DES has about 1/10th the half life of lr3, and has been altered to fit into receptors that have been affected with lactic acid build up, making it more potent because it will bind with more receptors in the selected muscle group. Lr3 is normal IGF-1 that has a longer half-life and will remain longer in your system
I would recommend, using DES 30 min pre Workout bi lat in one of the muslce groups you are planning on working, and pin LR3 5-10 minuets Post workout to help shuttle added nutrients to the affected muslce group.
