    pinning issue?

more and more frequently when i pin delts w 23g 1inch needles i find the plunger is IMPOSSIBLE to push down. i can back it out a small amount and begin to pump though.

could scar tissue be the issue? i alternate glutes and delts. and have run many cycles. but just now noticing these super dense areas in my delts. discuss lol

Strange....might be the syringes your using,

I remember i used some blue barrels and they where a nightmare to push and that was just air.

remember.... if i pull it out of the delt a fraction of a millimeter it goes just fine. why would the depth of the pin matter unless it had to do with the material it was in.

im using terumo. never had an issue with them.

I have noticed the same thing, but I just switched labs about a month ago, and I think it's just a thicker oil. Could this be the case for you?

That sounds like scar tissue. Have you done a lot of pinning into the delts to account for scar tissue buildup?

definitely sounds like scar tissue .. it would be a really good idea to lay off the delt injects for a bit and get deep tissue massage on them (got a girl?? lol) to break up the scar tissue a bit - it most likely wont completely loosen up for you, but it can definitely help. Once you've given them time off and broken up some of that scar tissue theres no reason not to go back to them, but I would personally go for 25g instead of the 23's. not a huge difference, but will help to avoid or slow down scar tissue build-up.

how often are you pinning each delt by the way? i know you said you rotate glutes/delts, but depending on how many pins/week you're doing you might want to hit your quads, ventro-gluteals, triceps, chest, biceps, lats to give the delts a break and avoid buildin scar tissue elsewhere

It also might be because delts are pretty dense. I had the same problem today only with my quads. I usually pin glutes and it goes smooth. I almost never do quads but when I pinned today, I barely could push the plunger through. I even lost about 2/10ths of ml because it wouldn't go and I pulled out thinking I was done.

Can you not see the oil in the barrel in a quad shot? I always can. I sit on my bed with a pillow prop'd under my knee and go to town.

    Sub'd to this.

Crank-daddy, I think you just run too much gears all year round!! lol

Yeah, I can see the oil to a certain point, but there was so little left, I couldn't see it until I pulled out. i only lost around .2mls, I'll just pin a little more in my next pin

Had the same prob. Pretty sure it's scar tissue - been a fav pinning spot for last yr.

Switch to slin pin method and try other muscles like tris, traps, pecs (0.5m oil vol works best it seems)

Haha, so you pay your "gf" to give you a bj. It may just be me but I don't think that's a gf....

I also believe that this is due to scar tissue.

On another note, this thread has gotten a little off topic and I apologize to the op.
