@ 250mg test a week I should have no real problem cutting right? This should put me above the reference range, but I'm wondering if being on this dosage for an extended period of time will decrease it's effectiveness. AKA if one stays on a cycle for too long gains will plateau, but will thise also be true for cutting?
I've been cutting at 300mg/wk, lost some muscles and strength. Was cut and very happy with the results but If I was to blast and cruise again I would use cruise as a time for the body to adjust to extra weight (after bulking blast) and then cut on 2nd blast cycle where I would have muscle fullness and more gear in me to combat catabolism.
Interesting, what's your usual cruise dosage? I'm thinking I might just do a very slow cut between cycles, try to maintain as much as possible and come into every cycle at around 10%bf. I can usually stay 12-13% with little effort but if I'm already pretty lean going into each cycle I'll feel alot more comfortable stuffing my face and not worrying about getting fat lol
I cruise on 200 mg and can keep most of my gains from the blast. Cruise is the only time I try to cut and really lean out prior to the next cycle where it's all about gains.

Exactly why I like the idea. If I'm already lean it's that much easier to shovel in food and not be worried about fat gain. Knowing you can cut immediately afterwards is nice too, much better than spending a few months with lovehandles waiting for the next cycle lol
