Do you know your BF%?

been reading alot just looking for real world input on what to expect. bf around 18%

You'll want to get your BF% down to AT LEAST 15% prior to running a cycle. A first time Test only cycle can yield 15-20lbs of weight gain if the user's diet and training routine are dialed-in.
This would be a good cycle for you:
Wk 1-10 Test E 500mg/wk (divided into 250mg 2x/wk)
Wk 1-11 Aromasin 12.5 eod or ed (dependant upon how your body responds to aromatization)
Wk 1-10 hcg 250iu x2/wk (Will make recovery easier thus easier to maintain gains)
PCT for 4 weeks (2 weeks after last shot of Test)
Clomid 100/100/75/50
Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5
I think I will start pissing people off but from my understandng for HCG, you have to mix it with bac. wat., how is the measurements, how do we do it?
HCG confuses me a little bit, can someone explain?

How To Prepare and Dose HCG
You are starting to piss people off. Keep your questions in your own threads instead of hijacking others.
Having lost that much weight, are you dialed into consistent weight training or do you spend 3/4 of your gym time on the tread? People who think steroids make you blow up into some huge barbarian hulk with 25" are sorely mistaken. If that were the case, every member of this subsection would give Jay Cutler a run for his money this olympia.
Gaining at your age is slightly more difficult, but you shouldn't feel as if you have to rely on synthetic test. Personally though, as long as you understand safe AAS usage, it seems almost stupid not to once you have a sound diet and lifting routine. brewing your own gear just makes it that much sweeter.

Major diet changes gave up fast food, sodas, garbage. Now log everything I eat on phone program know p/c/f of anything before I eat it total lifeStyle change been lifting since december 2010 with some cardi mixed in.
On a cycle do you eat like a bulk?
Workout on a 4day split with free weights only. Do 20-30 min cardio after lifting trying to lose bodyfat. Is 400 considered real low for test level?
Thanks

Your diet on cycle is all your choice. If you're trying to cut up, then eat well below maintenance while keeping protein high. if you're bulking, eat above maintenance in the 4000-5000 range. If you're trying to recomp, you can eat slightly below or above maintenance and depending on your compounds, you'll probably gain some mass and lose some fat.
From what I've heard, training on cycle is heavily dependent on how well you're recovering. You might be lifting 4 days now, but if you notice your feeling good the next day after a workout, it doesn't hurt to add another workout for a 5 day split. Also, some will add more weight/reps/sets depending on your training routines cause anabolics help you push yourself further then you thot possible.

400 is low, but normal for your age. Because you have only been training for a few months, I hesitate to recommend a cycle at this point. At the same time however, testosterone therapy will greatly benefit you because your test levels are much lower than say a 25 year old. If you feel that you are ready, you are old enough to make that decision, but I would get your BF% down as previously stated. That will also allow you to acquire more training experience.

thanks for advice about 10 years ago got into training for 2yrs and ended up at 20lbs heavier than i'm now but 2 pants sizes smaller. just seems like i'm proggressing slower now. was going to wait till oct then start one figure i can drop bf some more by then.
