I know I've heard of people doing this, but what is a good dose of deca just for joint health while on a cruise? 100mg? At this dose I won't need something like caber right? Only added EQ as a possibility because it's supposed to be slightly better for collagen synthesis without the drawbacks of using a 19-nor. Aka I'd like to be able to run some letro/nolva for a while and see if it helps out my pubertal gyno...
Also, test is supposed to signifigantly decrease collagen production over something like 250mg? So when cycling with deca does this negate the benefits in anyway, or is the effect of the deca enough to outweigh that? Since I will be cruising right at 250mg thought this would be good to know
i would go with 100mg of deca and 150mg of test.
Eq i would say 300mg.
I ran these both on a cycle and it worked great for my ankle which i broke in 6 places. After cycle no more pain or clicking
I'd really like to keep the test at 250, maybe lower deca to 50? The studies I've seen heavyiron post used just 50mg deca per week and still drastically increased collagen synth.
I cruise on 300mg Test E and 40-50mg Var, Anavar does help increase collagen synthesis, along side my peps, it helps repair any injuries I may have gotten while blasting.

The jury is still out on EQ and collagen synthesis. Run a low dose of deca with your test and forget the EQ. Also, run some GHRP peptides...they have helped my joints considerably.

It is different for everyone. The only way to know for sure how it is affecting you would be to get a hormone panel done. I can tell you this, Tren has a 70% greater affinity for progesterone receptors than Deca, so caber is recommended for Tren even at small doses.
As a general rule, I would say that caber or parmi should be used with anything at or greater than 250mg/wk. Better to be safe than have lactating titties...

Ugh, that's nasty. A man with lactating titties. Gmo, thanks for that horrible image.

Anyone every try Test E, EQ and Deca for 14 weeks? if so how was it?
Yes. Test 750/week (16 weeks), EQ 750/week (16 weeks), NPP for 4 weeks @ 200/mg week and then Deca 300/mg week for 12 weeks. Noticeable gains and joints feel great on this old man of 51 years. Next cycle I'm going to try dropping the EQ and upping the Deca so I don't have to inject so much oil. And, I almost left out, I'm probably going to try some Dbol to kick start my next cycle.
