    2.5 kg in 5 wk of test & decca any good

    i have put 2& half kg on in 5 weeks of test and decca is this any good will i see more improvement in the nxt ten weeks thanks guys

    I would say thats right on key, everyones body is different, but at 5 wks you are actually just getting started!

    I put 7lbs the first three weeks, but I'm pretty sure I was eating too much. Plus I had been cutting/priming before hand so those first few pounds came on quickkkk.

    I'd say up your calories a bit more but those are still good gains if you're trying to keep it real lean.

    forgot to ask mg, and dosing protocol , OPPS but when i used that combo in the beginning i was at 500 mg test cyp and 400 mg decca, and at wk 6 i was up like 8 lbs if i remember correct. Test took awhile to work good for me, was like week 6 i really knew it was there!
