i know waht you mean i dont wanna pin myself either but a couple times ull be straight just dont start getting sloppy and keep everything sterile. hcg idk enough about to comment on that as of right now i dont have it in my cycle but i might buy a little for the end to for some blasts to get my levels back to norm and then ill be doing some peptides. maybe up the test to 500mg 400 would be ok but i mean if your gonna do it you wanna gain from it. 500 seems to be a favorite number for begginers. If you buy from a good source and and keep everything sterile do you research and make sure you know what your doing and what to do when things go wrong IF things go wrong then i dont see a cycle of test being harmful. i have a couple dummb ass buddys who were pinning test up the ass they did everything rong and the had no hair lose. i see alot of backne though that could be a problem. i wouldnt be able to tell you to much about that stuff i would rather someone with actual experiance speak on that. but from my point of view everything i read i would say a test cycle done propery with good products is safer then orals.....

If you're too pussy to stab yourself with a little ass needle and are too worried about keeping your precious little hair, even though there are ways to slow down hair loss, then AAS are not for you, period.
To answer your question alex, you know you're ready for AAS when you feel you're ready. If you constantly hit PR's and stay lean while adding on mass, then AAS isn't really needed is it? But, if you hit a plateau, can't recover well enough for your training regiment or feel tired from your sport, then maybe it's time.
If you do a test only cycle, you can expect your numbers to go up quite nicely like I said. Maybe you'll up your lifts 10% by the end of the cycle. That's huge from a PL standpoint. If you do PCT right, you'll probably keep most if not all your strength gains. Read the first cycle and pct sticky on the anabolic zone front page and read it very carefully.

Honestly dude I would be happy with that size and strength naturally because once you start with AAS its going to be hard to be satisfied when you quit taking them. I can't tell you how many people I have known that worked out for years and then took 1 or 2 cycles and once they stoped they lost their motivation and quit working out period. However if you do decide to take a cycle start with test only and do as much research as you can. Theres really no need to throw in dbol yet you will be completly happy with your gains from test only.

This is the wrong place to mention that. Guys here cruise at 300mg/week nonstop for the rest of their lives. They can't wait for their next blast and AAS is an enjoyable part of their lifestyle. If you do it right, health stays in good condition.
If you really enjoy powerlifting and want to continue to do it for many many years, AAS is something you'll have to adopt and learn to enjoy. Humans are only so strong without chemical enhancement and those little Chinese girls repping your 1rm overseas aren't doing it naturally.

I agree with him completely, but you seem pretty set on doing it. If you want to go oral-only, you'll see results from only 20-40mg dbol a day for 4-5 weeks. If you want to go the full route, 500mg test a week + dbol kickstart for the first few weeks will also work. Give it another year though and then think about if you want to do it. You're still young and risk a hormonal shutdown with any kind of AAS use this young.

I am doing ORALS ONLY, my first cycle ever. I am using Dianabol, Proviron as well as liver protection. I am well versed/used regarding supplements, not AAS, but I must say, I AM IMPRESSED! No sides (known) and weight up from 64kg to 70kg within 3.5 weeks. Strength up a lot as well. Love the mindset it gives me in and out of the gym!
Just don't be depressed if you lose a lot of your gains. You can keep some usually if you're lucky, but some people just shrivel up like a raisin after they're off.

Not realy, if you have a good diet and pct your keep most dependibg if it's dry or wet but if your doing a decca only cycke ... I feel bad for your lil man lol.

No bloat or puffiness. No gyno and no hair loss. Diet has been very good. I do believe with a good diet and persistence good training, I should be able to keep most of it. PCT to follow at end of the cycle.
