Do y'all have friends/acquaintances always asking you about gear and telling you what they are going to run?
I always do and I try to help with ancillaries and how to simply their ridiculous cycle ideas, but it's like some imbecile has told them what to do, or they've dome some lame azz research and gotten it all figured out.
One guy, not in real good shape at all (but at least he's not fat) is telling me he wants to run EQ and he's dead set on it. He's never run anything before, so I explain: 1) Test is all you need, 2) EQ needs to be dosed high and run for a long time to get any real benefits. To no avail... He's the expert.
Another guy is asking about Tren (Tren only, no Test). Same thing... I tell him that Tren is NO JOKE and considering that this dude obviously isn't in the gym much and is carrying at least 25% BF, I'm thinking 'Really?'.
I know I'm no expert, but I did some serious research before I ever started (at least 6 months) and that was just for HRT. Now I've been on full time for well over 1.5 years and done 3 mild cycles. I do think I have a pretty good grasp on not going balls out on compounds, staying safe with ancillaries and getting blood work done periodically...
My questions are, when you get these guys asking you, do you just say fvkk it, do whatever you want. And does it piss you off when you give them real advice and they just completely disregard it?
Just venting some... GYCH
All posts are not for entertainment. Use the GEARS I tell you to and how I tell you to use them or I'll E-Beat you to death...
Be thankful that the Internet provides a wealth of information on proper cycling. When I was first getting into the game, there weren't many boards around to educate me. Incidentally, I learned a great many things the hard way.
These days there is no excuse for idiotic cycling. I can't believe what people will do to their bodies without putting in the appropriate research, which is right at their fingertips.

Completely agree here, and I can't tell you how many people I know that run things like Dbol without a PCT and no test... I just face palm and shake my head. Even if I try and say that is a BAD idea, they say no way man, I want to be huge and this will do it.
It amazes me how some people do gear. There was one guy at my gym that was pretty big naturally. 5'11 ~220, not great bf but not bad, knew how train properly. He starts a cycle of sust at 250mg a week, one injection a week. No ai, and maybe nolva for pct. I tell him you're a big guy already and 250mg is not gonna do much for you. I also told him, you an ai. I tried to get him to join this forum, so he could educate himself but I dont think he took my advice

I believe the people that use gear like that are just lazy. They are using it for the wrong reasons and think they will get jacked. But we all know it takes years of hard work and dedication to get anywhere.
The people like us who come on here and research our asses off before ever starting a cycle are the ones who seem to be much more responsible about the whole thing.
I have two friends that are on. One is on his first cycle. I hooked him up with nolva and letro just to make sure he was okay if something happens. He listens to other guys then tells me what he's going to do and wonders why I get pissed. I just quit caring.
My other friend kinda helped me get started but just told me about his cycle he just started. 1g Test-E 500mg NPP and 700mg Tren. I was like WTF??? I just told him where to get caber and left it at that.
people always assume more is better. I am to the point now when people ask what they should get for a cycle i say what do you want...they tell me, i order it for a good price from a sponsor rape them on gym price and leave it at that. i did my research if they want to ask that's fine if not here's tren e they don't care to know how many mg it is or how often they should take it. just fill the barrel on the syringe and shot it up every time you get a chance right?

Was talking to one of my old gym buddies from back in the day, he told me about his first cycle. He was advised to take 100mg deca, 100 mg win eod., take 5mg dbol, and 20mg nolvadex ed.
