    waiting peroid: stop aas to start pct

    I had a chart that I was following and now I cant seem to find it, can sombody point me in the right direction or post it up for me. I was running short esters ace and prop and winny so Im pretty sure its wait 3-4 days from last pin then start pct, I just like to be perfectly accurate. Thanks again for the help guys.

    I dont know about perfectly accurate since alot of this is bro-science as it is. but what are you running for your pct?

    If you have enough clomid/aromasin I'd just start 24-48 hours after and run it an extra day or two, only way to be sure you start recovering as soon as possible

    Is he even using clomid or aromasin... he could be using vitamin c and creatine for all we know.

    chlomid, 100/100/50/25
    aromasin, 25/25/12.5/12.5
    continuing hcg for the first 2 weeks as well as caber

    I would leave out the hcg when you start the aromasin and the clomid. Hcg will keep you shut down. I haven't looked into caber some one else would be better to assist u. and 2 or 3 days should be fine.

    Caber is fine. HCG during PCT is not.

    Hit the HCG and stop 3-4 days before you start PCT.
