    Gyno Symptoms

    Hi Guys. Im not sure if I have a gyno symptom or just a bit of water retention. Basically my nipples a re slightly puffy. Not alot but I noticed it yesterday. I have no tingling or itchiness so whatca think?

    Im on sust 250 with no AI at the moment I know I know I should be on it I am waiting delivery now I hope to have it Monday. Dam supplier.

    I have some Tamoxifen I was thinking 40 mg for 3 days ans carry on with 20mg ed till i start ai

    You shouldn't have started without your AI, but I'm sure you know that now

    I say 20mg tamox and then just 10 after that, the studies I've read say 10mg is about 90% as effective at preventing breast tissue growth as 30-40

    Next time, don't start w/o your AI. Go on and start the Nolva. 20mg a day.

    Thanks mate. I was not patient and started before deliver of ai stupid!!!

    But I should have it today or tomorrow fingers crossed.....
    So you recon its gyno?

    maybe not yet, could just be beginning signs or maybe the tissue isn't actually growing yet they're just "puffy", nolva seems to drop that down for me right away though

    take a bit of nolva and you'll be fine, and don't start without next time!

    im interested in this as well.. so if there is early signs of gyno and you start nolva at 20mg per day... do you stay on the nolva for rest of cycle?!
