hey guys i wanted to share my experience with benzoyl peroxide 10%. my last cycle which consisted of Test E , EQ and tren A left me with some bad acne.
however with this technique, most of it has dissappeared with some blemishes remaining which are fading as well, but that will take some more time.
n ew ays i bought benzoyl peroxide 10% (made by clean and clear) face wash from cvs, and would apply it to my upper back and rear shoulders area while taking a HOT shower and really massage it in there, i would apply all the effected spots and let it sit there for a good 5 minutes before washing it off. i did this twice a day.
at night i would apply benzoyl peroxide 10% cream (also made by clean and clear) to the effected areas and would wear a white t shirt that i didnt really care much about to sleep because it could bleach ur shirt from what ive heard.
in a matter of 1 week, my acne went from pretty damn bad to all gone and in the process of fading.
give this a shot if you are struggling with acne, i was originally going to use accutane and infact i even ordered it but i decided to go this route and was happy i did. i hope it works for you as well.
Benzoyl peroxide works well at even 2%. However its something you have to apply daily if you are prone to acne.
If acne does not go away eventually, low dosed accutane would be the only best option to treat it. I wish I took accutane before it was too late, now I got some scarring.
its good, but studies show that 10% is no more effective than 2.5% and its cheaper
but you could get this face wash by oxy for around 5dollars in some discount stores that is 10% benz it has enough in it for the price to use as a body wash
BP didn't do anything for me along with a ton of other things I tried I am entering month 2 of tetracycline and it has improved my acne by like 85% , I do have a ton of red marks still from where the acne used to be.
I tried the BP soap for a while and did not see a great difference, I just stained and ate my sponge but I was not a bad suffer anyway, I now only use coaltar soap and seem to get on ok with it.
I use BP as a spot treatment for the occasional pimple that gets past my rotating minocycline/doxycycline oral antiobiotics. It's been really great to have a sympathetic dermatologist and good health insurance coverage or else I'd be one walking acne bomb. The BP works really well but I wouldn't like it as a total body face/shoulders/back solution.
You can get it at walmart or anywhere like that. It's cheap and it really works. I started using this along with a back brush so I can really reach everywhere and it helps.
