    What's next

    Well i have been trying to get past the 220-230lbs stage but i cant and im in need of advice i have done 4 cycles and after 2 i kind of stayed in same spot just got leaner but nothing to brag about.

    i am 26yrs
    5'7"


    1st cycle 12 week
    500 sus 250 wk to 12wk
    400 deca wk 10wk
    60 dbol ed

    2nd and 3rd cycle 12week

    600wk test e wk to 12
    500 eq wk 10wk

    4th cycle 12

    900 test-e wk to 12wk
    600 eq wk 10
    60 ed anavar

    5'6 and 230? You might be maxing out your AAS potential?

    You might still have a few pounds and a bit less bf in you, but I'm thinking GH/slin is the only thing that's really gonna do much. Not sure if you wanna go that route though, you're pretty fuckin big already

    ^^^ I agree with Digital!!! Maybe your at your peak bro and you need to either step it up a notch and add GH/SLIN or just get lean as hell and start your bulking process again and possibly you will hit a higher weight!!! But by the sounds of it your pretty jacked as is bro!!!

    Yep unless you're going for pro status, getting shredded might be your best option

    You might not be satisfied with the way you look yet, but cutting up might change that? If not then gh/slin all the way lol

    well that is what i was thinking after reading but i have never used hgh and or slin but would like to start with just hgh but dont know what would be a good dosage for my wieght intrested in getting bigger n shredding later

    You may wanna look into some myostatin hmp or follistatin 344 which are a bit pricey but seem to be down your alley.

    Also, I noticed that you run eq for only 12 weeks. A lot of guys recommend 16+ weeks. I don't think this really solves your current problem but it's just an observation i had.

    Yeah slin is definitely not something to take lightly, possibility of serious problems or even death is just too high if not done perfectly.

    I've heard for serious mass gains you probably need at least 8-10 ius of GH a day though.

    If your bf is 14, then why are you trying to bulk even higher. Just do a good cut, if you get down to 8-10%bf you will look much better. Since you got some cycles under your belt, try some test with tren. Test and tren could be a really good cutting cycle if you diet right.

    i am confussed he is saying his doses of test are 900mg a week that is not that much man.because if it is like test e or test c.you are not geting 900mg of test.and then if it is ugl you may be geting a lot lower dose than you think.i run 1 gram a week of test e.and really could and should run it higher but scared to.but i know lots of bros that need to run 1.5gram of test or more a week to see any results.i think your doses are way way to low to be saying you maxed out results wise is crazy at those low ass doses.but what do i know.
