Honestly, I don't know why more people don't run it.

Ive got 500iu's on the way, going to start a 3iu per day and work my way up to 5iu. Im mainly using it for fat loss, along with the improved skin, sleep ect. If you want it to improve your build you're gona need to work your way up to 8-12iu's per day for an extended period of time.

Oh an be careful what you pay for GH, plenty of good stuff around for reasonable prices, no need to be paying through the teeth for it.

I am guessing you have used it before? And if so have you seen a good amount of fat loss?

I have run (2) gH cycles, the first both for 4 months. These were just exploratory cycles, and produced decent results. I started at 2iu per day and worked my way up to 5iu's at increments of 1iu per week. I did a 5 on 2off split, with injections being done at 5am. I did not incorporate aas during these cycles, but plan on doing so this spring. My recommendations are as follows:

    1. Do not start unless you have a stock to last you 6-8 months, otherwise it's really a waste of $$.
    2. Know your source!!!! The market is flooded with underdosed and counterfeit product. The truth of the matter is, there are only a handful of manufacturers (mostly Chinese) that produce non-pharm grade product and most of them are somehow connected to one another (I.e. One time partners who split....aka hygetropin).
    3. Know your source!!!! HgH is a very delicate substance. There are a lot of factors that contribute to the overall quality of your powder. The time fram from production to reconstitution is critical, as a kit can be essentially be destroyed by standard industry shipping methods (manufactured in china, shipped to a supplier and then shipped to the end user). A week of sitting around at a warm shipping facility can be detrimental to the powder.
    4. Know your source!!!! Like I said, the market is flooded with bunk product. Pharm-grade gH can be run at lower doses and produce much better gains. As is the case with everything, you get what you pay for. For my next cycle, I will be using pharm-grade via perscription from an renound ant-aging clinic in my region and I recommend you do some research about clinics in your area. They are a lot more common than you think.
    5. Reconstitution and climate control of the powder/liquid are extremely important. Proper reconstitution procedures should be followed to ensure quality.
    6. Timing of injections is critical. HgH should always be absorbed on an empty stomach and followed by a high protein/carb meal approximately 1-1.5hrs after pinning. Given my hectic work schedule, I chose early am shots (so I did not have to excuse myself from a meeting to sneak into a bathroom stall to pin). Pinning late at night is not optimal, as your natural production is at peak levels at night when sleeping.
    7. Injection sites should be rotated, as gH does have the carry the potential of localized fat loss. I personally experienced this and saw nice results by rotating sites (I.e. Left oblique, below belly button, right oblique, left pectoral, right pectoral....start over following week). The localized fat loss properties is one of things that is greatly debated, but my experience with (2) different manufacturers did result in localized fat loss.
    8. Running aas on cycle will produce much better and lasting results. The idea behind this is simple.....gH is taken to produce new cells....aas are taken to expand existing cells. When used in conjunction with each other, you are expanding your new & existing cells.
    9. Dosage of gH should be clearly understood, in order to manage the expectations of the user. Don't think that the standard dosage of 5-8iu's will result in a Jake Cutler type physique. I know several professional athletes on relatively low doses of gH that have great results on pharm-grade gH. If your goal is to achieve an Olympian physique, then be brepared to spend upwards of $20-30k and consume 15-20iu per day.
    10. Diet....Diet....Diet!!!!!! While gH is a fantastic pe, it is not a miracle drug. To maximize the results, discipline is the difference between good results and great results. Study the nutrition forum on this board for a better understanding of the importance of nutrition consumption, quality macros and timing

Sorry if i have rambled off info that is gH 101, but these basic principals were key to my experimental experience with gH. Hopefully this provides some newbies with the groundwork for their research.

    Best of luck

Just be prepared to spend a lot of money and run it for along time. It takes upwards of 6 months to fully reap the benefits of HGH. Peptides are a better option IMO. I have ran both and am really liking the GHRP-6 and CJC combo.

I am getting most of the positive effects of increased GH (feeling of well-being, increased endurance, improved recovery, kick ass sleep) without any of the negative sides. Although, when I bumped up my dosing schedule to 4x/day I started to get numb and tingling hands and increased h2o retention, which are a couple of the negative sides of GH. I went back to 3x a day dosing because of this. It has also helped out my football-destroyed knees tremendously, as I am back to doing heavy squats full ROM with no pain. I haven't been able to do that in ten years.

Looking into buying a medical cooler right now so I can run some peptides. Definitely run both the ghrp and cjc together though, you won't get nearly the same benefit from either by itself.

possibly need labrum surgery, find out this week, but I'm hoping that will help me get back in the gym a little quicker.....
