The correct answer would be indefinitely... Some people have been on 500mg weekly for 11 years already.

What's the longest time you think you could safely run 500mgs/week of Test E?
You always hear of 10 weeks, or 12 cycles. Would make that much of a difference to do a 15-20 week cycle? Assuming you are taking HCG throughout?

Some compounds require longer cycles. EQ is best pushed out to 16-18wks. Obviously you run test with that. So to answer your question, no it's not bad. Run your HCG and do a good PCT. The hardest part is taking the correct time off to recover and not jumping back on.

All depends on your goals man, r u comming off a blast? R u 25 or 45? R u cycling with only test? Different for everyone

I'm 33, have one cycle worth of experience. Actually not even that, I cut it short at 7 weeks due to a hernia. I really want to do a recomp (I know that's hard) I started working out at 13 for footballl. Played D2 ball till I royalt messed up my back. Playing weight was 250 lbs, I'm currently at 280. I have worked out on and off since then, but really been after it hard for the last year. I have made a lot of progress with strength, but very little in terms of muscle size or fat reduction. Had blood work done and my T levels are within range, but on the low side of the scale.
I was planning on 20 weeks of Test E, with a 6 week Tbol kicker, with T3 and Clen. 500iu's of HCG @ 3 times a week. Because I'm on the juicy side I have plenty of adex.
I actually researched this pretty good, then I saw someone post that they were coming off an 8 month cycle, and the response from the board made me want to double check my length time.

You and I have a lot in common. I too started training at 13 and played Div 1 ball....I am 34 now.
I highly recommend that you diet down to 12-15% before using AAS. You are putting yourself at risk for many negative sides (ie Cholesterol issues, gynomastia, estro-rebound, etc.). And if you ARE going to run for 20weeks, throw some EQ in the mix as Sloppy stated. You might as well take full advantage of that time.

I can easily and cheaply monitor sides. I just had bloodwork done and cholesterol is perfect. Probably because of my diet and exercise the last year. I have also researched many studies showing Steroids are better used for cutting than bulking. I'll concede that is still debatable, buy I'm not looking to increase muscle mass past my genetic ability, I'm looking to speed up the recomp process.
I also feel the "get your body fat percentage down first" card is overplayed. While it does decrease the risk of sides, nobody here would tell an Olineman or D tackle to lose weight first. I'm not doing this for bodybuilding purposes.
I will look into EQ though. That's something I haven't thought about. Thanks for the suggestion.

EQ is great for a recomp and a second cycle. Very mild compound with minimal sides. Only downside is you have to run it for a long time and it's quite a bit of oil unless you can find a 300mg/ml dose.
The KING of recomp is tren. But it might be too much to handle in your situation.
You can run it for ever just get blood work done every 3 months. Its called HRT but at a higher dose. Ive been on now atraight for 3-4 years never came off and I'm healthy feel good my boys are in shape my ding dong works fine and I'm in my mid 40's. Hrt baby all the way
