    Second cycle (first was straight test 600 mg with dbol kicker)

    Weeks 1-4 dbol at 20-40 mg ED
    Weeks 1-14 600 mg Test C (2 a week at 300 apiece)
    Weeks 1-12 300 mg Deca

    Aromasin 12.5 EOD
    Prami .125 ED???

    PCT
    Clomid
    Aromasin
    100/75/50/50
    25/25/25/12.5

    Please provide your input, especially on the Prami. Do I need to take it ED?

    Everything looks good, except I recommend running the d-bol for 6 weeks. That way, you will not only have a kickstart, but also some synergy with the test and deca in the final 2 weeks. There is nothing like Test/Deca/D-bol....trust me.

    The pramipexole dosage is spot on, and you shouldn't have to go any higher at just 300mg of Deca a week.

    I also HIGHLY recommend that you run hcg on cycle at 500mcg x2/wk. This makes recovery much easier, especially when running a 19-nor.

    Think about kickstarting with prop. Save the dbol until the deca is going. Or you can look into NPP.

    Those are just suggestions but what you have laid out is good. Just throwing out something to think about.

    Never taken prami before. Caber is what I've used. .5mg e3d.

    GMO, I was including 250i.u. x 2 a week

    Even .1 of a ml would be 100 mcg!!!

    This^^^

    It is 0.125mg...that's half of 0.25mg or 1/8 of 1ml if you are at 1mg/ml.

    Why didn't somebody tell me about Test Deca Dbol sooner? This stuff is amazing!

    I had some weird stuff happen and could not lift for two weeks, one week before the cycle started and the first week of the cycle - but I did not know that would be what would happen, so I started the cycle anyway, minus the dbol.

    What happened? When I stepped into the gym, I was 5 pounds heavier and stronger . . .

    WTF? I thought this stuff was not supposed to take effect until . . .

    Then, by the end of the second week, I was noticing unnatural gains, so I started the dbol in the third week.

    I just can't stop gaining.

    I walked into the gym and slapped 50 more pounds on the squats and 40 more on the leg sled, and it was easier than the lighter weights last time . . . I am having to force myself to do more reps and not start piling the weight on so as to avoid injury . . .

    No lie, I looked VERY noticeably different after 3 weeks.

    Since everybody says this stuff kicks in much later, I guess I can't wait to see what will happen then.

    I weighed 203 today (191 at start).

    Also, GMO, I took your (and some others) suggestion on upping the HCG to 500 x 2, which seems to be working.

    Prami makes my feel ill for a couple hours, though, like I have a nasty cold, so I try to take it late at night before bedtime.

    Damn, I am looking good, though.

    Oddly, doc (ortho) said shoulder is fine. He said it is a pec tendon tear. I find this odd because the shoulder locks sometimes. The doc said it should heal itself if I lift lightly - sometime next spring. Ouch.

    So, no heavy bench pressing for me. No military press (it feels like something is tearing inside even with 20 pound dumb bells!). I do a lot of lateral raises and similar exercises, and they grow anyway.

    I work around it. Bar dips don't hurt, not sure why. Light, high rep dumb bell flat bench (30 reps gets it burning and swollen), things like that. The preacher curl is my friend because I can load up the bar, but the preacher apparatus holds my shoulder still. On, and on. No wide grip pullups (again, feels like it is tearing in there) but for some reason narrow grip or using the parallel bars for pullups is fine. It has been trial and error.

    I have been nailing legs hard (I noticed my girlfriend loves to run her hands on the front of my thighs now) and they are growing. The gear has just about made all of the knee pain go away (hooray!).

    I hope the doctor is right and it will heal itself next spring. I updated my thread over in the general health section, but basically he said it will heal with some scar tissue, but any surgery would just leave worse scar tissue. He also told me to keep lifting, but keep it light on the exercises that affect this area. This is a little frustrating right now because bench was my favorite exercise and if the strength gains in my legs are any indication, I would be killing the bench press right now.

    I have added more than an inch to my arms in three weeks. I know some of this is bloat, but, damn, you know how it feels. They look muscular, and those veins start appearing . . . My girlfriend loves to feel my arms, too, and then she wants to head for the bedroom . . .

    HCG is keeping the balls from disappearing. From 191 to 203 in that post, and now I am at 208. The bloat is going away (stopping the dbol does that), so I guess I should not complain, but I have been stuck at 208 for a couple weeks now. I am getting stronger and still looking better, so I will stay on it.
