you're fine, just fit the needle on the plastic part of the syringe tightly so you don't get air from the space between them as you aspirate

Here's a study where dogs had oil injected into a main blood vessel to determine how much would cause a fatal oil embolism. It took at the minimum 2.5ml per kilogram of bodyweight. Erring on the cautious side since we don't know exactly how much would be needed to kill a human, it's still probably 150-200ml. So nothing to worry about unless you plan to inject that much gear at once lol

Personally I never aspirate. If you pin the larger muscles with an inch or better, the chances of hitting a vein are very rare. I feel that the simpler the better especially for beginners. Blood, bubbles, oil leaking, all common. Your'e ok.

It only happens to me when i dont let the needle sit in my leg for a bit...

The air buble might have been in the tip of the syringe so when you pulled it back they came up and then because of the negative pressure you probably sucked some blood up while pulling it out. what funny is i rarely even have any blood at all come out any more. nothing but a 25g hole left there. but like many others have said your fine. Pin on brother
