usually smoke a fat one then pop on my favorite grateful dead, pink floyd, or similar and just chill with the high - maybe do a little drawing or surf the web...

    oh you meant hgh?

to seriously answer your question I haven't run hgh, but the usual protocol would be somewhere from 2-6iu/day - usually on a 5on-2off schedule. To attain best results it's also recommended to be run for at least 3-6 months at a time as the effects are good and lasting, but slow.

The standard answer is 2 iu a day for anit-aging and a little fat loss, 4iu and up for recomping, greater fat loss and slight muscle building. 10iu+ for mutation

don't run 5/2 if you dont have to. Run it everyday if possible. Fast 1 hour before shot and 2 hours post.

You can inject it morning, noon, night. I prefer before bed all at once but some common times to shoot are: post wo, upon waking, mid-afternoon.

To answer your question, the best way to do it is to run it as long as you can.
