    Got My Stuff! Pics Too!

    hey everybody got my stuff.

    been on cyp for a week and feel GREAT! tons of energy my buddy doesnt know im on it but said "whats gotten into you, your like a ball of energy!" haha

    anyway a good friend of mine got me the stuff and is using the exact same stuff. just wanna know if any of you old timers have seen this lab before???

    as far as workout advice, wanted to know your guy's opinion...
    been taking a kind of mild crossfit approach in order to keep my heart rate lower (hopefully) not full on cardio crossfit, a little more weight and a lot of reps.
    in your opinion if i wanna fill in my skin, should i straight just lift HEAVY with less reps (and not worry about heart rate/sweating so much) or will i get results with what im doing now. i figure i im in the gym 5 outta 7 days anyway i should be good. want max results though.

    as far as i how i feel, like i said, lots of energy, been horny as f*ck and havent really felt sore...is that normal.
    im either not working out hard enough or its doing what its supposed to.

    just wanted some more info since i dont really know what im supossed to get/feel like since this is my first cycle. (havent really had much aggresion)
    and im on 500 mg a week so 250 mg a pin.

    Haven't used the lab, but pertaining to your question of "filling in the skin" do you have alot of loose skin from loss of bodyfat? or were you just saying you want to gain size and stay lean? .. either way - hitting heavy weight that is challenging and taking ample rest is good, but I personally like to include some direct hypertrophy work - especially when on cycle. hitting some higher volume on some of your exercises and including drop sets or rest-pauses on an exercise or two would be a good way to get a little extra lean growth.

    yes ive lost about 120 lbs since starting to regularly work out 3 yrs ago. have a lot of extra skin to fill in.

    and ill pm you, not too clear on what you mean by higher volume and drop sets...

    The effects you are feeling are mostly psychological. Cyp doesn't kick in the fast. Wait a few more weeks then you will feel really good.

    if any of you guys have some good strength/bulk building workouts or a link to one, by all means share.

    my lifting is relatively conservative right now, as stated i used to be all about cardio to lose all my weight. been lifting regularly but not to get bigger...#'s right now are relatively low.

    biceps for example get burned out after 3 or 4 sets with 40's and such...
    chest, havent really done a ORM but as far as going to about 8 reps, ill burn out at 185...
    as you can see pretty low, but that will change

    again open to workouts haha

    Work your compound lifts as a main priority. Lift heavy but safely. Reps in a 4-8 range after warming up will work. I feel you on the loose skin. I've lost about 140lbs went from a 50" waist to 32,33" waist. Enjoy the cycle and train hard bro.

    Wait until it actually kicks in. Won't be until week 3 or 4. With losing all that weight it's gonna be a mind fuck to start eating all the time. But just know that's what you have to do.

    Are you using the mast too? Any oral kickstart?

    I agree, you wont truly feel or see the full effects for 3-4 weeks. Then you will feel like superman. Congrats on the weight loss bro. He LLuva job. If you are trying put on some good size, I believe someone else mentioned concentrating on the more compound/core movements. Bench, squats, deadlifts, military press as your core movements each week, you should see a huge difference.

    yeah im afraid to eat too much cause i dont wanna get fat again. i have a super slow metabolism, literally wont go for like 3 days unless i eat a lot of fiber...used to have doctor given laxatives and stuff. no thyroid problem though :o

    anyway no mast right now, im gonna save it for a cut cycle
    and PCT im using the sticky thread "First Cycle And PCT"
    taking 12.5 mg of Aromasin Daily and 1 mg of Finasteride to stop hair loss.
    once it comes, i WILL be taking HCG (pregnyl)
    and i have clomid for post cycle

    not sure what you mean by oral kickstart...like Arimatest or something like that???

    An oral steroid ie anadrol, dbol, or winstrol. They give you quick results while your test is building up in your system.

    oral kickstart means like d-bol or something that will kick in quick while your waiting on your injections to kick in.

    It's just a plus to get things going faster. Sounds like you're on the right track. I would add some aromasin in your PCT at 25/25/12.5/12.5 along with the clomid. HCG would be good at 500iu 2x per week.
