why do u take it pre workout, they reckon post is best ?

Just got my hands on this and planning to run it with some Cyp. I was instructed to run it 5 days on / 2 days off for 4 weeks, take 4 weeks off and then repeat. Also told to take post workout. I have read that you should shoot the muscle worked, but really not to sure about pinning bi's, chest and traps.![]()
i am running it and it seems to be working. so far so good.


With the LR3 the half life is so long that it really doesnt matter if you spot inject where the 'test subject' just trained or not; the full dose will circulate through the body and be used throughout so whether injected into the muscle worked or any other site you'll get relatively the same amount to the muscles trained.
With IGF Des you have a much shorter half life and the compound takes effect much more quickly in the body, thus making spot injections more important and effective in that way. The debate then is whether the longer or shorter half life is better for gains overall and I can say that both products will absolutely give your test subjects very good results as long as you're running them at correct doses and eating/training right.

Spot injects aren't bad either especially with a slin pin - bi's are really one of the easier ones in my opinion - i just dont like shooting oil there as much cause of the volume i'd usually be pinning as compared to peps
running ghrp and cjc 1925(without dac) and just some test.
im doing 60mcg straight after workout 30mcg in each muscle for example left and right bi.
witht the ghrp/cjc just 100mcg of each 3 times a day, morning, middday, and before bed.
really likeing the results so far, body comp is changing nicely. the pumps have been awsome and the sleep is great too first time in years i have not had to take any sleep aids to sleep.
most guys i know that use insulin do it straight after ?

Pre-workout dosing of IGF will help to recruit satellite cells so that they can be activated to grow into new muscle cells (this is the hyperplasia effect often sought from IGF supplementation) .. this can also be done post workout and the insulin effect is beneficial at either time, but the benefit of pre-workout dosing is that the subject trains the muscles with the satellite cells already recruited and they are more easily activated and can lead to much greater muscle growth.
You can even split it into pre and post and do 15mcg bilat pre & 20mcg bilat post and get some awesome gains
