    Aromasin causing insomnia

As the title states. This is not my first cycle, but it is my first time using Aromasin. Since I never have problems sleeping I did some looking and found out this is a common problem with this compound. If I stop the Aromasin are my estrogen levels going to spike suddenly? Taking 500 test e/wk. and 10mg Aromasin/daily. Or maybe take the Aromasin EOD? Anybody else face this? Thanks

most people dont need an ai at a dose of 500 you have to have a predisposition for estro complications at this low of a dose.

I'm so desperate for sleep at this point I think I'll just drop the Aromasin all together. I started it just as a precaution.

i really doubt aromasin is causing insomnia
are you using different AAS this cycle? are you training at different times, or taking any new supps close to bed?

I would cut the Aromasin back to 5mg a day. Its my understanding that running Aromasin EOD is not a good idea due to its half life. EOD might cause unstable estro levels.

Do you have any bloat or signs of gyno? You may not need the AI at all as someone else had mentioned. Good luck with your cycle.

Nothing new this cycle except the Aromasin. No new supps and workout schedule is same as before.

If it's not the Aromasin, maybe for some reason it's the test e. Anyone ever hear of the test causing insomnia?

Yes, large hormonally fluctuations can cause sleep issues. It will likely get better once your body is used to the higher androgen's.

On first cycle of test E I rarely felt the need to sleep. Not so much that I couldn't, but I would stay up hella late for no real reason at all. Then I'd go to sleep and wake up in 5 hours or so ready to start the day. Get what you can but don't stress over it too much IMO.

same here, im in my first cycle and after 5hrs im good, but i usually end up napping after the morning workout

come to think of it, in the first 2 weeks of my cycle, my sleep was terrible, i was jumping up every moment i fell asleep as well, sort of like small anxiety attacks. this all stopped when my body got used to the test i guess

Just want to say I finally got some sleep. Man, I'm so damn happy right now. I did two things different, not sure which one made the difference:

    1. skipped a dose of aromasin
    2. skipped the usual peanut butter sandwich I have 1/2 hour before bed. Thought this could be a possibilty cause i would think the digestive sys. works pretty damn hard to digest something this thick.

Or maybe I was just so tired I was bound to get some sleep eventually.
