Remember with clen you can only run it for a few weeks before your receptors are saturated. I personally have better results with an eca stack. I've never been as lean as you are now, so I don't know how the fat would come off at that point, but I've lost a similar bf% in a similar time frame with an eca stack.
In my experience clen works much better than ECA. U don't need to go over 100mcg, even 80mcg is great, just be sure to check your temperature.
I noticed that my temperature would start droping around day 10.
You could go like:
w/ 1-2 80-100mcg clen
w/ 1-2 1-2mg ketotifen b4 bed
w/ 3-4 off
w/ 5-6 80-100mcg clen
w/ 5-6 2mg ketotifen b4 bed
You could just start mast in week 5 and just continue clen for week 6.
