    non gym pumps?

    Crazy pumps starting to hurt out of gym. In the gym I don't mind, Any way to combat this.. my current cycle.. on week 6 now
    weeks 1-5. Sust 350 e4d
    weeks 5-? Homebrewed 100 test prop eod


    Picking things up and throwing them down..

    Try eating a banana or using a potassium supplement. Taurine may also help you. However, the most important way to stop the pumps is to make sure you are well hydrated!!!!!!!

    Taurine has always helped my back pumps. Stay hydrated as well
